Stacks of delight, specializing in croquembouches, a traditional french wedding cake consisting of profiteroles stacked up high. These delicious puffs of choux pastry are filled with custard and covered in rich ganache. The cakes are then decorated in fresh flowers and or fruits. For those who dont favour chocolate that much, we can also do a spun toffee croquembouche, although these are generally only recommended in winter. We also do a rich mud cake in either ivory butter frosting or choc butter frosting, and again covered in fresh flowers. CLICK ON IMAGES TO ENLARGE
